Roofing Safety Training
Planning for each project begins with safety. At G&J Roofing safety training begins day one of employment. Employees complete safety training prior to working on any job site. And prior to construction, we hold our safety meetings that intend to focus on potential job site safety hazards and ways to mitigate those hazards prior to the G&J Roofing crews arriving at the job location. While projects are under construction, site safety inspections are conducted unannounced on a weekly basis by the safety director to ensure compliance with G&J Roofing’s safety policies and those of our customers, as well as Federal/State Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.
Accident Prevention
G&J Roofing aims to develop the proper employee attitude toward accident prevention, instructing employees to recognize hazards by ensuring all operations are performed with the highest regard for safety.
